Patti Hearn brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in education and the nonprofit sector. She was the founding head of Seattle's first girls middle school, which she led it for 22 years, and she currently serves as Executive Director of Seattle Pride, a dual-entity nonprofit. She steps in as interim executive director during leadership transitions, coaches executives and emerging leaders, and helps boards and teams strengthen governance, operations, fundraising, and strategy. She also offers coaching and K-12 admissions consulting for families. Her work is grounded in a lifelong commitment to equity and to organizations that serve their communities well.
