Why Are We Here?
The most successful organizations know who they are and why they're needed. For new organizations, this work is the necessary to launch. As organizaitons mature, regular realignment of purpose is essential to continued success. We can work together to identify the needs and wishes of multiple constituents and clarify and contextualize the organization's approach.
The result of this work can take many forms, such as a series of publications, new website content, agendas for community/stakeholder meetings, the overview of your Annual Report, or the slide deck and talking points for the Executive Director's annual presentation.
